From 5.12 to 7.12 2024, the final Forum of the European Year of Skills was held in Belek, Turkey, organized by the National Agency of Turkey.
About 200 participants from different countries took part in this forum, including participants from the Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Greece, Poland, Turkey and other countries. Our country participated in this forum with 9 of its representatives: three from the National Agency of the Republic of Macedonia and 6 representatives from education and non-governmental organizations.
The working language of the forum was English.
On the second day, participants had the right to choose one of the five workshops, which were divided into 5 rooms:

5.Violet Room – Raluca DIROESCU – Youth@Work SNAC
Since its creation in 2018, the Youth@Work Partnership has identified key areas and topics that have been addressed from a youth work perspective, such as the social economy, inclusion and diversity in the labour market, development and recognition of competences, adaptation of EntreComp, DigComp, GreenComp and LifeComp to the youth work sector, mental health and well-being in the labour market, as well as women’s economic empowerment and entrepreneurship.
