New project to realize in 2025 founded by EU and supported by Civil Society Resource Center

Greater social and economic inclusion and development through the development of social and economic skills, as well as multi-dimensional and multi-sectoral cooperation with youth and women from different ethnic communities in the municipality of Kumanovo and Lipkovo.

At least 30 young people from all ethnic communities have been informed about employment and self-employment opportunities as well as starting a business;

An analysis of the measures for the implementation of public policies for the labor market at the local level has been prepared;

At least 30 participants, 80% of whom are young people, 50% of whom are women, have been trained through training to strengthen employment skills and basic business management skills;

At least 15 unemployed people who attended trainings and are part of the project have been trained through practical work and mentoring in local companies in Kumanovo and Lipkovo.
